This policy explains how Owl Delivery LLC ("Owl Delivery," "we," "us") handles information you share with us through owldeliveryllc.com.

When you request a route quote, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the route type, days, dates, pickup window, what we would carry, and the pickup and drop off locations you describe. We do not ask for payment information on this website.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, and the quote form stores a small identifier in your browser so your request can be submitted.
How we use it

- To schedule and run the deliveries you book with us
- To contact you about your route, billing or changes to service
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing.
Who processes it
Our website and quote form are hosted by Wix.com, which stores form submissions on our behalf and sends us a notification email. Wix handles that information under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to provide service and meet our business and tax record keeping obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email owldeliverynh@gmail.com or call 603.865.7151, and we will take care of it.
Changes
